Paper application; crew certificates, company compliance certificates and ship safety management certificates can be mailed.
At the same time, Yueyang Maritime Safety Administration continues to optimize the online platform for maritime government affairs, creating maritime government service reforms such as "one network (one network)", "one door (only one door)", and "one time (run once at most, no need to run once)". The implementation of the administrative approval operation mode of "one-window acceptance, one-time notification, one-stop service, and one-stop settlement" will make it as convenient as “online shopping” for port and shipping companies, ships, and agents to complete the approval of maritime affairs.
